1. Shall be the Man who control all the manpower in MRCSB premise. 2. Shall be full time in MRCSB Workshop & Site (Process Plant). 3. To station and present in MRCSB during working hours. 4. Manage / arrange on daily manpower loading based on daily job given by MRCSB Rotating Team. 5. Ensure sufficient manpower loading on daily job given by MRCSB. 6. Shall attend daily morning meeting with MRCSB Rotating Team. 7. Shall conduct SERBA weekly toolbox talk session with HSE Supervisor. 8. Ensure all the manpower comply with MRCSB HSE rules & requirements inclusive ZETO rules. 9. Ensure manpower HSE training compliance. 10. Ensure manpower to follow MRCSB maintenance guideline inclusive QAQC. 11. Compile maintenance report daily. 12. Audit manpower productivity. 13. Middle man between contractor and MRCSB 14. Ensure all tools and transport in sufficient quantity and in good condition. 15. Ensure to maintain housekeeping all the time at MRCSB workshop and site. 16. Monitor & control on manpower fatigue schedule & emergency leave. 17. Any other relevant task given by the Management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Shall have experience of EIGHT (8) years in rotating equipment maintenance preferably in oil, gas and petrochemical industry. 2. Proven experience as Rotating Supervisor or relevant position. 3. Shall be the Man who has a soft skill to control all the manpower (Millwright & Fitters) in MRCSB premise. 4. Authorized OGSP by NIOSH 5. Had attended MRCSB Safety Induction (already have MRCSB Safety VISA) - advantage 6. Valid MRCSB ISPS course – advantage 7. Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. 8. Professional attitude and appearance. 9. Solid written and verbal communication skills and people skills. 10. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities. 11. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. 12. Able to start immediately.
